Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our depot within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $60: flat rate of $6 for standard tracked shipping
- Orders $60 and above: free standard tracked shipping
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard tracked shipping typically takes 8-15 business days depending on destination. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure are outside our control.
Import Duties and Taxes
For most international destinations, Munitorum covers standard import duties and VAT, including the full EU VAT. Your total at checkout is what you pay.
However, some countries impose particularly onerous import taxes or restrictions (including but not limited to Turkey and Brunei), which we do not cover. If you are in one of these regions, please contact us at support@munitorum.co before placing your order to confirm total landed cost.
State-level or region-specific sales taxes (for example, certain US state taxes) may not be covered and could be assessed on delivery. Contact us if unsure.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of order confirmation, contact support@munitorum.co.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
